What this site collects
- When you send the enquiry form, the site keeps what you entered: your name, your business name, what you would like help with, how to reach you and your consent, and anything you added under “Add more detail” (type of business, services, timing, budget, and the project you came from if you left it ticked). It also keeps the language of the page and, if you came from Find the right services, the summary and answers it handed over. Each enquiry gets a receipt number and the time it arrived.
- On this preview, enquiries are kept in a protected file on the server that runs the site, which only the people operating the site can read. They are test data: nothing is emailed or forwarded, and nobody replies.
- If you use Find the right services, your answers travel in the address of the page, in your browser, until you send the enquiry form. The web server's log records which page was requested, without these answers.
- The web server keeps standard access logs (your connection's address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's description of itself) to run and secure the site. The site's own log notes that an enquiry arrived, without your name, your contact details or your message.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies.
- It loads no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts.
- It does not share anything you send with anyone else.
- It does not use an AI assistant.
Your choices
To have an enquiry removed, message Pakai Hati on Instagram, @pakaihati.bali, and mention your receipt number.
How long enquiries are kept has not been decided yet. It will be set, and written here, before the site is public.
