About the client

Manado Hotplate is a Manadonese restaurant in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, on the western edge of Greater Jakarta.

Its menu is North Sulawesi cooking served on sizzling hot plates: pork, chicken and fish with Manado spices, and sweets such as es kacang merah and panada. It opened in a shophouse in the second half of 2025, with a long table upstairs for groups, and also caters and makes hampers. On Instagram and TikTok it talks to its guests in warm, informal Indonesian.

What we did

Pakai Hati designed the restaurant's logo and photographed its menu in the studio: the hot plate, the grilled fish, the set from above and the red-bean shaved ice.
